Cat Pose

Begin on all fours with your palms under the shoulders and your knees hips-with apart. As you inhale drop your stomach towards the floor bringing the head and behind up. Then with your next exhale arch the spine up dropping chin to chest and tail of the spine in. You can then straighten the spine and start over or just continue moving with each breath. Find your flow and move your energy.
This releases any back ache from the lower spine to the top and promotes a healthy, flexible spine!
