Healing the body:

Free the spirit and silence the body. Keep feet shoulders-with apart and root into the earth. Shoulders are dropped back. Allow all of the chakras to align and spin freely. Breathe through the stillness and be at peace. You may keep your hands at prayer or rest them at your sides. In your practice, come back to this when you feel your body needs it.
