Lorean has been practicing / teaching yoga for over 9 years. Her practice is an eclectic combination of movement,
energy work and peace. Lorean started her study in 1997, after the birth of her daughter Cierra. At this time, she was ready to begin healing the body , mind and spirit in whole. Clearing the chakras and discovering her own truth and awareness.
In 2002 Lorean began her practice in Energy work - Reiki Healing.
In the past decade, she has connected with amazing teachers and great friends, As well as opened doors for many of her own students and friends.
In finding peace and strength in her own energy, Lorean connected deeply into her practice and teachings.
Yoga / Reiki offered in your home or facility. Personal and group classes both available.
From beginners to advance....all are welcome!
