Fish Pose

Healing the body:
Begin by lying on your back. Point your toes. Bring the hands under the body (or against the body). Now using your forearms, lift the upper body off the floor bringing the crown of the head to the floor. Gently hold your pose here or bring your palms together at prayer over your heart chakra.
Open your heart space . Release the breath and heal the 5th chakra.
Affects the lungs , thyroid, solar plexus and heart.
