Your Yoga Practice

Yoga ( Union between spirit and body).

Yoga is a spiritual balance within yourself. A connection with your truth and balance. Your practice will start with exercise, meditation, and breathing techniques. Through movement and breath, you begin the healing. Each stretch clears a space in the body for release of old issues, past life karma, and toxins. Spin your chakras in meditation, following the colors up the spine. Each chakra balances you physically and spiritually. When you begin a chakra practice, you may open doors you didn't know were closed. Start to heal the past creating a more peaceful lifestyle.

Chakra Visualization Technique

Begin by rooting yourself into Lotus and resting your hands in lap or over knees. Start breathing deep into the lungs and allow it to move through your body. Each breath dissolves toxins and releases them with each exhale out of your being. Now bring the energy of the breath up the chakras from the base of the spine. Allow each to turn clockwise with each color vibrating through the body. Once you reach the top, exhale all of your excess energy out of the crown, into the universe and then it will shower over the body with the purest rain.

As you deepen your practice of yoga, you will find that your body may become more flexible. Your energy will rise as the day moves on. And your spirit will shine as you walk through your journey. Start to listen more to what your body is telling you.

Like the Lotus flower,  we will rise from muddy waters to bloom, we are a  symbol of purity and resurrection. May we learn to rise above our own muddy waters and bloom...  Namaste
